Getting started

The best first step is to book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk through what you're working on, what you need, and whether I'm the right fit. No hard sell — just an honest conversation.

If you already know what you want, you can also send an enquiry directly, or subscribe to a plan straight from the pricing page.

Not at all. If the plans look right for you and you're ready to go, feel free to subscribe directly. I do recommend a call if you're unsure which plan suits you, have a complex project in mind, or want to get a feel for how we'd work together before committing.

Yes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally. Everything is handled remotely — footage and assets are shared digitally, and we communicate via email, WhatsApp, or Slack depending on your preference. Time zones haven't been a problem so far.

All pricing is in GBP. International payments are processed via Stripe, which handles currency conversion automatically.

I work with a wide range — from individual content creators and podcasters building their audience, to established brands and agencies producing content at scale. Past clients include Mac Cosmetics, Ralph Lauren, and a range of podcast productions and digital-first brands.

If you're serious about your content and want it produced to a high standard, we'll probably be a good fit.

Services & process

After you subscribe or we agree on a project, here's how it typically works:

  • Onboarding — I'll send a short brief template to capture your brand guidelines, style preferences, and any examples you love
  • Asset handover — you share footage and any relevant materials via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar
  • Production — I get to work and keep you updated on progress
  • First delivery — you receive the first cut and submit any revision notes
  • Final delivery — once revisions are done, final files are delivered in your preferred format

The whole thing is designed to be as low-friction as possible on your end.

Content consultancy means working with you strategically — not just producing content, but helping you figure out what content to make, who it's for, and how to make it perform. This includes auditing what you're currently putting out, identifying gaps, refining your brand voice, and building a repeatable content system.

It's the difference between being reactive with your content and having a clear, intentional strategy that drives actual results.

Yes — the Studio plan includes full pre-production support: scripting, storyboarding, and shoot planning. The Growth plan includes monthly consultancy sessions where we can work through content planning together. Even on the Creator plan, I'm happy to flag structural issues or suggestions during the edit.

If you want dedicated scripting or pre-production on a one-off basis, that can be quoted separately too.

The core service is post-production — editing, colour, graphics, and delivery. Full production packages include shoot coordination and direction, but the actual camera operator resource depends on location and project scope. Get in touch and we can talk through what's needed for your specific project.

Pricing & plans

A rough guide:

  • Creator (£497/month) — you're a solo creator or small brand publishing consistently. You need reliable, quality edits but don't require strategy support yet.
  • Growth (£997/month) — you're publishing multiple videos a month and want to level up both quality and strategy. The most popular option for brands serious about growth.
  • Studio (£2,497/month) — you're an agency, established brand, or high-output creator needing a full-service partner handling volume, strategy, and rapid turnaround.

Still not sure? Book a free discovery call and I'll tell you which one makes sense for your situation.

It means two completed video projects delivered within the month — each going through the full edit, colour grading, motion graphics, and revision process. The plan specifies the maximum video length per edit (e.g. up to 15 minutes on Creator, or podcast edits up to 90 minutes).

The social clips (e.g. 4 per month on Creator) are cut from your main edits — short-form versions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.

No — plan allocations reset monthly and don't carry over. This is what allows me to plan capacity properly and guarantee turnaround times for all clients. If you find you're consistently not using your full allocation, it might be worth stepping down a plan. If you're regularly needing more, stepping up makes more sense.

Annual billing saves you 15% compared to paying month-to-month. You pay for 12 months upfront and get the equivalent of roughly 1.8 months free across the year. Monthly billing keeps things flexible — you can cancel at the end of any month.

Yes. I take on one-off projects starting from £100. Send an enquiry with a brief overview of what you need and I'll come back with a quote. Availability for one-off work depends on current capacity.

Yes. Get in touch and I'll sort the change from your next billing date. Upgrades can usually be processed immediately if needed.

Turnaround & delivery

Turnaround times are measured from when I receive all your footage and a complete brief:

  • Creator — typically 5–7 business days
  • Growth — 48-hour priority turnaround
  • Studio — 24-hour turnaround SLA

These are first-cut delivery times. Revisions are typically turned around within 24–48 hours depending on complexity.

The clock starts once I have everything I need: all footage, a complete brief, any brand assets (logo, music, fonts), and confirmation of the output format. Incomplete handovers will delay the start of production, so the more thorough your brief, the quicker I can get started.

Finished files are delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer — whichever works better for you. I'll deliver in your preferred format (MP4 is standard, but I can export to other formats on request). Social clips are delivered as separate files optimised for their respective platforms.

The most common methods are a shared Google Drive folder, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Frame.io. We'll set up whichever system works best for your workflow during onboarding. For ongoing subscription clients, a shared Google Drive folder is usually the simplest ongoing solution.

Revisions & feedback

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes submitted at one time. I'll implement all the changes in your list and return the updated version — that's one round used.

To make the most of your revision rounds, gather all your notes before sending. Sending multiple separate messages with small changes counts as multiple rounds.

Changes like colour adjustments, timing tweaks, title corrections, and sound design changes all count as standard revisions. A complete structural rethink or fundamental change of direction may be treated as new work.

Written notes via email, WhatsApp, or Slack work best. Timestamped notes (e.g. "At 2:14 — cut the um") are the most efficient. For longer projects, Frame.io is excellent for leaving timestamped comments directly on the video — I'm happy to set that up.

In practice, this doesn't happen if a proper brief is provided upfront. The more detail you give me — references, style notes, structure preferences — the closer the first cut will be. That said, if something has genuinely gone wrong on my end, I'll make it right without counting it against your revision rounds.

Technical

Primarily Adobe Premiere Pro for editing, DaVinci Resolve for colour grading, and After Effects for motion graphics and animation. I can work with project files from other NLEs if needed — just ask.

I can work with essentially any camera format — from iPhone footage to professional RAW files (BRAW, R3D, ARRI). Common formats like H.264, H.265, ProRes, and AVCHD are all fine. If you're unsure, just share what you've got and I'll let you know if anything needs transcoding.

Standard delivery is H.264 MP4 at 1080p or 4K depending on the source material — optimised for YouTube, social platforms, or direct upload. I can also export ProRes, vertical formats (9:16), square (1:1), or any other spec you need. Just let me know upfront and I'll factor it into the edit.

Working together

All subscription plans include a dedicated WhatsApp or Slack channel — whichever you prefer. I'm responsive during UK business hours and typically reply within a few hours. You'll never be chasing updates; I'll always proactively let you know where things stand.

Absolutely. All client materials, unreleased footage, and business information are treated as strictly confidential. I won't share, disclose, or use any of your content outside of delivering your project. If you need a formal NDA before sharing sensitive material, I'm happy to sign one.

Only once your content is publicly released — and only if you're happy with that. I'll never include anything on my portfolio without your consent, and I'll always credit the client appropriately. If you'd prefer your work not be featured, just let me know upfront.

You can cancel anytime — just send me an email at Billy@beditorium.co.uk or message me on your dedicated channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll retain access to services until then. No awkward conversations, no hard sell to stay.
